The Reno series smartphones that Oppo has launched so far with notched screens or elevating selfie cameras, but it looks like the Reno 3 will be sporting a punch hole display next month.

An alleged screenshot of the Reno 3 that leaked out of China has empty space on the top left side, suggesting the smartphone's display will have a hole in the top-left corner.

We can't verify the authenticity of the image so don't take it for a done deal.  Still, if it legit shows the Reno 3 coming with dual-mode 5G - a feature the company confirmed at the launch of ColorOS 7 in China last week.

An alleged specs sheet of the Reno 3 leaked earlier this month will be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 735 SoC which will be paired with 8GB of RAM and come in two storage options - 128GB and 256GB.

The smartphone will feature a 6.5 "FHD + 90Hz AMOLED screen and it will pack a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.

The Reno 3 will also have a 32MP selfie snapper along with a 60MP primary sensor on the back with a quad camera setup.
